Position : Assistant Manager of Research and Innovation Information Technology
Job Description :
- As the team leader responsible for the entire project research and innovation of information technology
- Involved in ICT development team as well as the blueprint for the achievement of each stage methodology in the ICT blueprint
- Analyze and develop a work program and research activities and innovation of information technology as a strategic tool, decision support systems and intelligent systems for performance optimization to meet the needs of the university and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the analysis of user requirements and external stakeholders
- Creating activities and performance reports periodically to the Manager of Research and Development of Information Systems
Authority :
- Sign the letter associated with the internal and inter-unit activity if Manager of RISBANGSI no in place.
- Assign staff to carry out the work under it in the Directorate Informaton System.
- Coordinate with related units to perform activities of institutions and the research and innovation IT.

Deskripsi Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Bertanggung jawab sebagai team leader seluruh proyek riset dan inovasi teknologi informasi
- Terlibat dalam tim pengembang ICT blueprint serta metodologi pencapaian setiap tahapan dalam ICT blueprint
- Menganalisis dan menyusun program kerja serta aktivitas riset dan inovasi teknologi informasi sebagai strategic tools, sistem pendukung keputusan dan sistem cerdas untuk optimasi kinerja universitas maupun memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholder eksternal
- Bertanggung jawab atas analisis kebutuhan user serta stakeholders eksternal
- Membuat laporan kegiatan dan performansi secara berkala kepada Manager Riset dan Pengembangan Sistem Informasi
Kewenangan:
- Menandatangani surat yang terkait dengan kegiatan internal dan antar unit apabila Manajer RISBANGSI tidak ada di tempat.
- Menugaskan staf di bawahnya untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan di Direktorat SISFO.
- Berkoordinasi dengan unit terkait untuk melakukan kegiatan institusi serta riset dan inovasi TI
