Kunjungan ST3 Telkom Purwokerto
Visitation of ST3 Telkom, Purwokerto was held on October 26, 2014 in Video Conference Room, Building D, Floor 2nd.
This visit aims to explain profile of directorate information systems, Telkom University and a demo iGracias application to ST3 Telkom, Purwokerto. ST3 Telkom already has the academic system but needs changes to include the following :
- Services include business process needs of the academic
- Suitability of business processes between the old and new applications should be a primary consideration
- Academic Information System expected according to plan strategy of YPT and did not change and migration more.
to achieve that need advice from Tel–U how to ST3 in the implementation of applications to be more efficient. and for subsequent, mapping needs to be done by a team of Information Systems Tel–U to ST3 Telkom Purwokerto.

Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan profil direktorat sistem informasi Telkom University dan demo aplikasi iGracias kepada ST3 Telkom . ST3 Telkom sudah memiliki sistem akademik tapi perlu perubahan yang mencakup sebagai berikut :
- Layanan yang mencakup kebutuhan bisnis proses akademik
- Kesesuaian proses bisnis antara aplikasi lama dan baru harus jadi pertimbangan utama
- Diharapkan SIMAK ST3 sesuai rencana strategi YPT tidak banyak mengalami perubahan dan migrasi
untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan saran dari Tel-U baiknya bagaimana untuk ST3 dalam penerapan aplikasi agar lebih efisien. dan untuk selanjutnya akan dilakukan pemetaan kebutuhan oleh Tim Sistem Informasi Tel-U ke ST3 Telkom Purwokerto.
