Meeting of Directorate Information System Coordination was held on November, 10, 2014 in Video Conference Room, Building D, Floor 2nd.
The meeting discussed:
- Draft IT Governance -> procedure of change request / reporting should not be directly to the back office, must through helpdesk first.
- HR application, mapping the organizational structure
- Renovation in the staff room 204 -> Renovations to the room of manager and assistant manager has been completed
- Application of project management
