LOGIN
Organizational Structure Management Application URL that is in http://igracias.telkomuniversity.ac.id (i-Gracias)
Steps to perform authentication or checking user permissions on Organizational Structure Management Application is as follows:
- Open the i-Gracias on the URL http://igracias.telkomuniversity.ac.id
- Enter the username and password text boxes, in accordance with the username and password that has been registered in accordance with the user group.
- Click the ‘Login’ button. Once the login is successful, it will display home page and there is a menu for managing organizational structure data
VIEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
View Organizational structure is the menu for managing the organizational structure of the institution. In this menu provided some features, such as adding an item in the organizational structure, edit data items, and delete items.
ADDED ITEMS
Add Item is a feature on the Organization Structure menu. This feature is used to add an item or a new structure in the organization. After pressing ‘Add Item’ button, it will display the form to be filled as follows:
After completing all of the fields that are available, press the ‘Add’ button to input data into the database.
VIEW PERSON
There are two ways to take action View Person, namely:
- Hover over to the organizational structure image and select the structure to be seen.
- Select the person image () on organizational structure. After that, it will appear the data of the selected person.
EDIT ITEM
This action is done to change the data structure contained in the structure of the organization, namely:
1. Hover over to the organizational structure image and select the structure to be changed. After that, select the “pencil” image
2. After that, the data will appear on the selected item.
UNACTIVATE/ REMOVE ITEMS
Unactivate / Remove Items is one of the actions that can be performed on a sub-menu View Organizational Structure. This action is done to disable an employee contained in the structure, but the data is still contained in the database.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE POSITION
Organizational Structure position is a sub-menu of Organizational Structure, which the menu is a menu to see a list of positions / structural position of the organizational structure.
ADDED ITEMS
Add Item is a feature of the sub-menu Organizational Structure position. This feature is used to add an item or a new structural position in the organization. After pressing the “Add Item” button, it will display a form to be filled as follows:
EDIT ITEM
This action is done to change the data structure contained in the structure of the organization, namely:
- Click the “Edit Item” in the action column in the line of items that will be disabled or removed.
- After that, the form will appear to edit the structural position data that contains information related to the position.
- Click the “edit” button to save the changes.

HISTORY OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
