Discussion With Consultant of ISO 20000 Consultant Proxiss.com was held on August 29, 2014 in Video Conference Room, Building D, Floor 2nd.

This discussion about:

• Tel–U should be able to get benefits of ISO 20000 implementation, especially the benefits to stakeholders.
• Implementation/certification expectations have been obtained in 2015 by Tel–U (Directorate SISFO)
• From Tel–U appealed to Proxiss to be done prior training on ISO 20000, to the creation of the document (Training + assestment)
• Next, Proxiss must provide a proposal that could explain the packages tailored to the abilities possessed or existing resources in Tel–U
• The second meeting, Proxiss, Warek 1 + 2, Unit SPM + AMI
• Proxiss must be able to justify the benefits and requirements of ISO 20000 to the head of the Tel–U

Diskusi Dengan Konsultan ISO 20000 Proxiss.com diadakan pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2014 di Ruang Video Conference, Gedung D, Lantai 2.

Diskusi ini membahas :

• Tel-U harus bisa mendapatkan benefit dari implementasi ISO 20000, terutama benefit kepada stakeholder.
• Penerapan/harapan sertifikasi sudah didapatkan di 2015 oleh Tel-U (Direktorat SISFO)
• Dari Tel-U meminta kepada Proxiss agar dilakukan pelatihan terlebih dahulu mengenai ISO 20000, hingga pembuatan dokumen (Training+Assestment)
• Proxiss selanjutnya harus memberikan proposal yang bisa menjelaskan paket-paket yang dimiliki disesuaikan dengan kemampuan atau sumber daya yang ada diTel-U
• Pertemuan kedua Proxiss, Warek 1+2, Unit SPM+AMI
• Proxiss harus bisa justifikasi benefit dan syarat ISO 20000 kepada pimpinan Tel-U
