RTM : Hasil Internal Audit ISO 20000-1:2011

Management Review was held on Dec 22nd, 2016, in Video Conference Room, Building D, Floor 2nd, Directorate of Information System. Management Review discussed the results of an internal audit of ISO 20000-1: 2011, which was held on 4 November 2016. RTM was attended by QMR of the Vice Rector office, unit of SAI, unit of SPM and Information Systems Directorate.
