ABOUT

USER SAFETY OF IGRACIAS TELKOM UNIVERSITY

OBLIGATIONS OF IGRACIAS USER:

1. Use stong password type, with:
   1. contain: capital and small letter, special character, and number;
   2. minimum eight character long.
2. Regularly change the password, maximum allowed once in three month.
3. Report an active mobile phone number in iGracias profile menu, and always update any change of it.
4. Fill the correct date of birth as provide by ID Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk Indonesia / KTP).
5. Activate one of authentication methods, Whatsapp or OAuth.
6. Information System service assistance is only delivered to the Information System Directorate through the iGracias Helpdesk service.
7. Always do logout after finishing with iGracias.
8. Use an update browser to access iGracias.

PROHIBITION OF IGRACIAS USERS:

1. Tell your username and password to others.
2. Exchange your username and password with somebody else.
3. Access someone iGracias account that not belong to you.
4. Delegate iGracias account to someone.

INTEGRITY PACT:

1. Willing to use iGracias with a full sense of responsibility and uphold honesty.
2. Willing to use second authentication, including install application in mobile phone for this purpose.
3. The user is allowed to change the password at any time, or the system will automatically require a password change at least every three months.
4. Any activity in iGracias account is responsibility of the owner of iGracias account.

SURAT EDARAN

Nomor: 022/AKD64/SISFO.1.0/2019

TENTANG

KEAMANAN PENGGUNA IGRACIAS TELKOM UNIVERSITY

KEWAJIBAN PENGGUNA IGRACIAS:

1. Menggunakan password tipe kuat (strong) dengan format, sebagai berikut:
   1. mengandung karakter gabungan huruf besar, huruf kecil, simbol, dan angka;
   2. mengandung panjang minimal delapan karakter.
2. Rutin mengganti password secara berkala, maksimal tiga bulan sekali.
3. Mencantumkan nomor handphone aktif pada menu profil pengguna iGracias, dan melakukan perubahan apabila terdapat perubahan data nomor handphone.
4. Mencantumkan data tanggal lahir sesuai dengan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Indonesia.
5. Mengaktifkan salah satu autentikasi dua langkah yang disediakan (two factor authentification), diantaranya autentikasi melalui Whatsapp atau OAuth.
6. Bantuan layanan Sistem Informasi hanya disampaikan ke Direktorat Sistem Informasi melalui layanan Helpdesk iGracias.
7. Selalu lakukan logout apabila telah selesai mengakses aplikasi iGracias.
8. Akses iGracias menggunakan perambahan browser terbaru (update).

LARANGAN PENGGUNA IGRACIAS:

1. Memberitahukan username dan password kepada siapa pun.
2. Bertukar username dan password kepada orang lain.
3. Mengakses iGracias dengan menggunakan akun user orang lain.
4. Mendelegasikan akses iGracias kepada orang lain.

PAKTA INTEGRITAS:

1. Bersedia menggunakan iGracias dengan penuh rasa tanggungjawab dan menjunjung tinggi kejujuran.
2. Bersedia menggunakan autentikasi dua langkah, termasuk menginstall aplikasi di handphone untuk keperluan tersebut.
3. Pengguna diperkenankan untuk merubah password setiap saat, atau sistem akan otomatis mewajibkan perubahan password maksimal tiga bulan sekali.
4. Segala bentuk penggunaan akun adalah tanggung jawab pribadi pemilik akun iGracias.
