Panduan Penggunaan Menu CeLOE di iGracias

CeLOE is an acronym from the Center for e-Learning and Open Education, an Online Learning Content Application within the Telkom University Campus. Each Lecturer can create digital  content  to be compiled as a Course with standards set by Telkom University Campus through the portal https://cds.telkomuniversity.ac.id/ . For later use as teaching material, and students can access it at https://lms.telkomuniversity.ac.id/ .

Within iGracias is the CeLOE menu, which can be accessed through the CeLOE Lecturer, Student and Admin user groups

Lecturer

As a Lecturer user group, can make transactions:

• The “CeLOE Administration” sub menu is used to view faculty and study program categories and can synchronize courses.
• The “CeLOE Synchronization” sub menu is used to synchronize the teaching classes.
• The “Lecturer synchronization and login” sub menu is used to create an account for CeLOE and login.
• The “MK Content Approvals” sub menu is used to approve the subject matter being reviewed.

College student

For Student users, what can be done is as follows:

Synchronize courses from iGracias to LMS

Synchronize username and password to login to LMS

Head of KK (Expertise Group)

As the Chairperson of the KK, the “CeLOE Administration” Sub Menu is used to view faculty and study program categories and to synchronize courses.

CeLOE Admin

The authority as CeLOE Admin is as follows:

• The “CeLOE Administration” sub menu is used to select the workload value in the current semester and is used to approve / reject the value that has been inputted by the process owner.

Di dalam iGracias disediakan menu CeLOE, yang dapat diakses melalui grup pengguna Dosen, Mahasiswa, dan Admin CeLOE

Dosen

Sebagai grup pengguna Dosen, dapat melakukan transaksi:

• Sub Menu “Administrasi CeLOE” digunakan untuk melihat kategori fakultas dan prodi serta dapat mengsinkronisasi matakuliah.
• Sub Menu “Sinkronisasi CeLOE” digunakan untuk sinkronisasi matakuliah kelas yang ajar.
• Sub Menu “Sinkronisasi dan login Dosen” digunakan untuk membuat akun untuk CeLOE dan login.
• Sub Menu “Persetujuan Konten MK” digunakan untuk Mensetujui matakuliah yang di tinjau.

Mahasiswa

Untuk pengguna Mahasiswa, yang dapat dilakukan yaitu sebagai berikut:

Sinkronisasi matakuliah dari iGracias ke LMS

Sinkronisasi username dan password untuk login ke LMS

Ketua KK (Kelompok Keahlian)

Sebagai Ketua KK masuk ke Sub Menu “Administrasi CeLOE” digunakan untuk melihat kategori fakultas dan prodi serta dapat mengsinkronisasi matakuliah.

Admin CeLOE

Otoritas sebagai Admin CeLOE yaitu sebagai berikut:

• Sub Menu “Administrasi CeLOE” digunakan untuk memilih nilai Beban Kerja pada semester yang sedang aktif serta digunakan untuk menyetujui/menolak nilai yang telah diinputkan oleh pemilik proses.
• Sub Menu “Administrasi CeLOE” digunakan untuk memilih nilai Beban Kerja pada semester yang sedang aktif serta digunakan untuk menyetujui/menolak nilai yang telah diinputkan oleh pemilik proses.
