Audit Sertifikasi ISO 20000-1:2011 Stage 2

ISO 20000-1:2011 Certification Audit Stage 2 was held on Jan 25th-27th, 2017, in FIF Meeting Room, Building D (Panambulai), Floor 3rd. The audit certification stage 2 was conducted after the audit certification stage 2 was completed on December 27th, 2017. Audit is carried out due to information system service delivery that provided by Directorate of Information System and some other support units. Services that would be certified are information system development, attendance system (RFID), and internet access services. Auditor of this certification audit is Mr. Nur Kamal from TUV SUD PSB Pte. Ltd. Singapore.

Audit sertifikasi stage 2 dilaksanakan setelah dilakukan audit sertifikasi stage 1 pada 27 Desember 2017. Audit dilakukan terkait sistem penyelenggaraan layanan sistem informasi yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan beberapa unit pendukung lainnya. Layanan yang disertifikasi adalah pengembangan sistem informasi, sistem kehadiran (RFID), dan layanan akses internet. Auditor pada audit sertifikasi ini adalah Bapak Nur Kamal dari TUV SUD PSB Pte. Ltd. Singapore.
