This website regulation ensures that Telkom University has quality standards in website content standards that must be met on all websites that use the official domain *.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technology standards used in these website regulations are binding on websites that are unit\/activity profiles, and are not binding on websites that are application-based.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following is the Telkom University Website Creation Business Process<\/strong> starting with submission via Electronic Service Note or ticketing system as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business process of creating a website at Telkom University involves the following stages:

Website Submission<\/strong>

1.\u00a0Unit<\/strong>\u00a0: Through\u00a0Electronic Service Notes<\/strong>\u00a0.

2.\u00a0Individual (Blog)<\/strong>\u00a0: Through\u00a0ticketing<\/strong>\u00a0.

If the user does not have an SSO account, the\u00a0
Service Desk<\/strong>\u00a0will create an account and provide usage information.


The Website Management Process of the<\/strong>
Submission Unit is delegated to\u00a0
the Content Management and IT Resources Section<\/strong>\u00a0, which will coordinate with related units to meet the needs, with the following provisions:


1. Using\u00a0WordPress CMS<\/strong>\u00a0.

2. Installed on\u00a0shared hosting (panel)<\/strong>\u00a0.

3. The website PIC receives the SSO username.


Special Requests<\/strong>
1.\u00a0Homemade Applications (Shared Hosting)<\/strong>\u00a0: Must fill out\u00a0the WordPress Non-SSO Web PIC Form<\/strong>\u00a0.

Must go through\u00a0a security pentest<\/strong>\u00a0according to the procedure.

2.\u00a0Homemade Applications (Separate VPS\/VM)<\/strong>\u00a0: Installation requires\u00a0a security pentest<\/strong>\u00a0according to the information security policy.

3.\u00a0Verification and Completion<\/strong> After verification and\u00a0security pentest<\/strong>\u00a0, the user will receive a usage guide via\u00a0Electronic Service Notes<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0
ticketing (closing)<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
