Telkom University for the period 2020/2021 has a 3rd party license that has been subscribed to be used by Employees and Students in the Telkom University campus environment.

 

Microsoft Office 365 License

For Office 365 licenses, the license is in the form of a user login to office.com, all permanent employees (TPA / Lecturers) and active students are entitled to get an Office 365 license. The username used is according to iGracias but added @ 365.telkomuniversity.ac.id and the password used according to iGracias.

Microsoft Office 365 License Users

Office 365 licenses at Telkom University can be used by all students and permanent lecturers in the Telkom University environment by using Single Sign On (SSO) data from iGracias.

Example: username: [email protected], password: according to the iGracias password.

Whereas the license for Computer Laboratory can be submitted through the Head of Lab Affairs. The computers of each faculty on iGracias helpdesk tickets.

General terms and conditions regarding the use of licenses on behalf of Telkom University.

Because the license owned by Telkom University is a special education license, there are terms and conditions that must be followed by users of special education licenses.

  • Some applications have a special “watermark” mark on each document production result, indicating the use of an education license for internal users only
  • Cannot use educational licensed applications for commercial external publication purposes (research, conferences, books, competitions, project work, etc.), use commercial Pro for these purposes.
