  1. Fill out the goods delivery form first, which can be downloaded from the following link:
  2. Fill out the goods delivery form and upload the previous goods delivery letter document (point 1) along with the photo of the goods attached below the goods delivery letter. Fill it out using the SSO 365 Tel-U account
