The flow of goods repair in the Directorate of Information Technology Center is as follows:

1. Fill out the goods repair letter first, which can be downloaded from the following link:

2. Fill out the goods repair form and upload the previous goods repair letter document (point 1) along with the photo of the goods attached below the goods repair letter. Fill it out using the SSO 365 Tel-U account
