The asset loan procedure within the Directorate of Information Technology Center is as follows:

  1. Fill out the Asset Loan Request Letter, which can be downloaded from the following link:
    – BAST PUTI Asset Link: https://tel-u.ac.id/bastbarangputi
  2. Complete the Asset Loan Form and upload the previously filled loan request letter (step 1) along with a photo of the item, which must be attached below the loan request letter. Please use your Tel-U SSO 365 account to access and fill out the form.
