Telkom University Website Creation Business Process
The following is the Telkom University Website Creation Business Process starting with submission via Electronic Service Note or ticketing system as needed.
The business process of creating a website at Telkom University involves the following stages:
Website Submission
1. Unit : Through Electronic Service Notes .
2. Individual (Blog) : Through ticketing .
If the user does not have an SSO account, the
Service Desk will create an account and provide usage information.
The Website Management Process of the
Submission Unit is delegated to
the Content Management and IT Resources Section , which will coordinate with related units to meet the needs, with the following provisions:
1. Using WordPress CMS .
2. Installed on shared hosting (panel) .
3. The website PIC receives the SSO username.
Special Requests
1. Homemade Applications (Shared Hosting) : Must fill out the WordPress Non-SSO Web PIC Form .
Must go through a security pentest according to the procedure.
2. Homemade Applications (Separate VPS/VM) : Installation requires a security pentest according to the information security policy.
3. Verification and Completion After verification and security pentest , the user will receive a usage guide via Electronic Service Notes or
ticketing (closing) .
