Bandung, May 7, 2025 – Telkom University once again underwent the ISO 21001:2018 Surveillance Audit as part of the institution’s commitment to improving its educational organization management system. This audit was conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and took place from April 28 to May 9, 2025.
Specifically for the Directorate of Information Technology Center (PuTI), the audit took place on May 7, 2025, at the VCon Room, 2nd Floor, Panambulai Building, Telkom University. The audit was conducted by Boedi Prasetyo Minarto, an auditor from BSI.
The audit process included activities such as interviews, document sampling, and a site tour. This audit aimed to ensure that the implementation of the educational quality management system at PuTI remains in compliance with ISO 21001:2018 standards and continues to undergo ongoing improvement.
It is expected that through this audit, PuTI can continue to maintain and enhance the quality of its information technology services, optimally support the educational process, and ensure that international quality standards are consistently applied within the Telkom University environment.
