Workshop Growing with Diib: Live Demo and Q&A Session

ANDUNG, Telkom University – The Content Team of the Central Directorate of Information Technology (PuTi) Telkom University participated in the “Diib Overview” webinar on Wednesday (29/12). Diib is one of the most widely used SEO tools in keyword research, SEO analysis and backlinks. Diib is also a data management platform that provides predictive analytics and can be used to analyze website health and increase revenue. As well as other features such as SEO Dashboard, Answer Engine, Website Analytics, Tracker and an extensive library. The following will discuss some of the features available in Diib Tools :

1. Diib Dashboard

Diib Dashboard provides all details about Website Health , Daily Health Score , Annual Growth Opportunities , Website rank , Goals, Alerts and visitor reports / analytics (visitors/ analytics reports).

Where the Health Website shows some of the following information:

Mobile Speed : A lot of traffic to the website comes from Mobile Devices, therefore Mobile Speed ​​of a website needs to be considered and optimization is continuously carried out.
Domain Authority : Domain Authority is a score that shows how well a website is ranked based on the domain address used. Domain Authority scores are calculated from 1 to 100. Higher scores are considered more likely to rank better.
Sitemap: A sitemap is a file that lists all the important pages of a website. The reason for keeping everything in one “XML Sitemap” file is because it helps crawlers find all the pages in one place, rather than finding them through internal links. Sitemap has an important role in SEO.
Keywords: shows the results of the analysis of a keyword
Backlinks : shows the results of the analysis of a backlinks
SSL Certificate : standard security technology, if a website uses this SSL then it is considered a website has better security
Blacklists : provide information about whether or not there is an “email blacklist,” an email block list is a list of blocked emails, domains, or IP addresses that are suspected of sending spam or malicious content.
In addition to the section

Channel data : You can also link your website with Google Analytics which is linked to the Social Analytics section
Core Vitals : Related to the health and speed of a site. You can also do a Core Vitalts test which will show information on poor categories on your website
2. Objectives and Alerts

Diib generates a list of alerts and objectives. It also shows the percentage of visitors with different devices / platforms, returning visitors, improvement

By clicking on this Objective and Alert you will get the right explanation, procedure, and tips to complete the list of issues in the Alert and Objective.

However, this Alerts section only shows what issues exist on your website, does not explain in its entirety about how to deal with these issues.

Meanwhile, the Objective section contains a list and information that you can use to improve your website starting from performance and SEO Optimization. If you want to know how to improve the list in the Objective section you must have a Diib Pro account

3. My Keywords

Website Authority : Predicting how likely a website is to rank for keywords in search engines. Website authority scores range from 0 to 100, the bigger the number, the stronger it will be
Organic Search Traffic : An estimate of the number of times people searched for a keyword on Google over the last 30 days.
Total Number of Keywords : This is the total number of keywords that the website ranks in the top 100 in Google search results.
Keyword List
Google ranking : Position or rank in the Google search engine. Example 5 means that your website ranks fifth in Google search.
Traffic : Total traffic from a certain key glass
Mouthly Volume : An estimate of the number of times people searched for a keyword on Google over the last 30 days.
Ranking Difficulty : Keyword Difficulty is the level of difficulty of a keyword (or “competition”). The higher the number , the harder it is for the keyword to reach the first position of the search results .

Total Number of Backlinks : The number of a backlink from a website
Referring domains : total number of websites linking to your website
Links : Followed Links (Links that do not have a nofollow tag) , this type of link will be crawled by search engines. Nofollow Links Links that instruct crawlers not to follow/follow a particular page or link.
Backlinks : Contains a list of backlinks that point to your website
Anchor Text : Link text, link label, or link text is visible and clickable text in HTML hyperlinks
Spammy backlinks : list of spam backlinks

1. What is meant by the statement “Hardest” in the Difficulty Ranking Keywords?

Keyword Difficulty is the level of difficulty of a keyword (or “competition”). Keyword difficulty shows the difficulty level of a keyword to be on the first page of search results. Keywords that can have a good impact on the website are:

Keywords with high volume (high search volume)
The level of difficulty, the more difficult the “Hardest” of a keyword, the more difficult it will be for these keywords to reach the first position in search results.

2. Do Dofollow and Nofollow Ratio have any effect on the ranking of a website?

Backlinks are one of the important factors in SEO. Basically a backlink is a link on a web page that points to another site.

Backlinks also have many types, here are some types that may be useful for your site:

Guest post backlink — occurs when you write a guest post for another website. This allows you to build the credibility and trust of your website.
Do-follow backlinks — dofollow backlinks tell search engines to pay attention to backlinks to their SEO score.
No-follow backlinks — nofollow backlinks tell search engines to ignore those backlinks and not count them into the SEO score.

Backlinks to the homepage are very necessary to help increase traffic to your website, but if your SEO Homepage is already good in the SERPs and indexed for a long time, look for backlinks that point to the article section that you can create by sharing your article on social media etc.

3. How to remove Spammy Backlinks Using Diib Tools?

If you are a Diib Pro user you can see it in the Objective section. Or it can be done by Disavow Backlinks using Google Search Console

4. How to solve the existing issues in the “Alerts” Menu?

Alerts on Diib only show information about issues that exist in a website. If you have followed the method in the Objective section and have finished repairing the issue in the Alerts section, sometimes the Alerts description will still be there.
