The role of the Directorate of Information Technology Center (PuTI) is vital in supporting Telkom University’s vision to become a research and entrepreneurial university that actively contributes to the development of technology, science, and the arts based on information technology. By developing strong and integrated IT infrastructure, applications, and services, Telkom University can achieve its vision of becoming a center of excellence in research and entrepreneurship in the development of technology, science, and IT-based arts. In addition, the PuTI Directorate strives to establish better communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to improve services and to realize Telkom University’s vision.

Information Technology Product Development

Responsible for developing information systems and technologies for university stakeholders, and actively involved in the ICT development team in designing the information systems and technology development blueprint. Conducts analysis and prepares work programs and application and information systems development activities as strategic tools to optimize university performance.

Research and Services
Information Technology

This section aims to coordinate, organize, and monitor the management of information technology quality standards at the Directorate of Information Technology Center on an ongoing basis, in accordance with internal and external quality assurance standards, to improve the effectiveness of quality assurance. It also ensures that IT service requests and incident management processes are fully resolved in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manages service feedback, conducts research on the university’s information technology needs in both hardware and software, and oversees all resources and the performance of the university’s Webometrics ranking, which are the responsibility of the Directorate of Information Technology Center.
